At the time of your reservation we do require a credit card number, otherwise your appointment cannot be taken. When you reserve your time with us and you need to cancel, as a courtesy to our therapists and our other guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an Esthetics or Massage appointment.
For any one or more services a fee of 50% will be applied
For all no shows 100% of the service/package will be applied.
We do understand that things “come up”. If we can fill the appointment time, you won’t be billed at all.
